The Little Antiques Show That Could
Bucks County Antiques Dealers Association Holds Highly Successful Show
By Winston Lennon - December 17, 2021
The 74th annual Bucks County Antiques Dealers Association (BCADA) show in New Hope was a resounding success. Held Nov. 13 and 14 at the Eagle Fire Hall, this little show of 32 exhibitors had its biggest gate dating back to the early 1990s. Almost all of the antique dealers in the show reported very good to great business, and a few had their best shows ever. Patrons were asked during exit interviews what they thought of the show, and answers included love the diversity, this is the best show, and hope to see you next year, and multiple times thanks for having the show. Show promoter association president Bill DAnjolell said it was the best show hes managed since running shows in 2001. The association began in 1966 and hopes to continue this positive trend in the future. Its members are grateful for the support and wish to remind the public buying antiques is a great way to become connected to history and the ultimate recycling or method of going green.
