In what has become a tradition, the Haddon Heights Antiques Center will once again use the October special sales display to showcase vintage Halloween collectibles. Scary witches, ghosts, and goblins will share space with friendlier jack olanterns, scarecrows, and black cats. There will be light-up ceramic pieces, candles, cardboard cutouts, and hard plastic candy containers. Vintage childrens books with Halloween themes will share space with adult horror fiction. While antique and vintage Halloween decorations have been avidly used and collected for many years, there has been a surge of interest more recently. Many of the over 50 dealers in the Haddon Heights Antiques Center are reporting a heightened interest at shows and sales and stockpile as much Halloween merchandise as they can over the course of the year. For over 30 years, the Haddon Heights Antiques Center has been offering a wide variety of antiques and collectibles at competitive prices. Repeat customers are many, and new customers vow to return. Autumn is a great time of year to go shopping, and antique shops are a wonderful source for unique dcor and one-of-a-kind gifts.
