Doylestown Arts Festival Announces Artist Lineup

Annual Event Set For Sept. 10 And 11

The organizers of the Doylestown Arts Festival are excited to announce the juried lineup of artists who will brighten the borough streets for this years event, Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 10 and 11, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Local and regional independent artists selected to participate span a variety of styles and mediums, including a mix of interactive and live art. Categories include Fine Art, Glass, Illustration, Photography, Jewelry, Metal, Mixed Media, Pottery, Printmaking, Recycled Art, Textiles, and Wood. As plans for the 2022 festival continue, organizers are hopeful that more artists may be added in the upcoming weeks if space allows. The Doylestown Arts Festival has supported local and regional artists and performers for over 30 years, drawing an audience of buyers and collectors to the ever-changing outdoor marketplace featuring unique and one-of-a-kind works of art. Featuring five stages of live music, along with live art and interactive demonstrations, this event, which is free to the public, is designed for all ages to enjoy. Founded in 1991 by a volunteer group of businesses and residents, the festival now celebrates 31 years of showcasing creativity in Bucks County, Pa. Home to over 8,000 residents as well as the James A. Michener Art Museum, the Mercer Museum and Fonthill Castle, the TileWorks, the County Theater, and a robust array of galleries, restaurants, and locally owned shops and boutiques, Doylestown is nationally recognized as a destination town.
